1. Injection molds making
Building precision plastic injection molds for our global customers continues to be our core business. Employing over 30 skillful engineers and workers, DesignEast delivers over 150 quality molds a year to our valued customers.
DesignEast build molds from single to 32 cavities with different demanding requirements for appearance and dimensional accuracy. We collaborate closely with our customers on all aspects of the programs so as to develop the best designed molds that are easy to maintain and plastic components that are cost-effective to produce. DesignEast's ability to build good molds with short lead-time at competitive price makes us to be a preferred mold supplier.
2. Rubber molds making
We also offer services in making rubber mold for sealing system, in material of silicone, NR, SBR, CR and NBR etc.
3. Molding and finishing
Specializing in molding material with ABS, PC, PE, POM, PP, PA, PET, TPE, PVC,
PA6+15%GF, PA6+30%GF, PA6+50%GF, PA6+60%GF, PA66+30%GF, PA66+50%GF,
PP+50%GF, ABS+PC, etc. We also supplier finishing treatment by painting, silk-printing, chrome-plating, etc per RAL or Pantone.
4. Assembly
With competitive labor cost, we offer service for assembly after the production, to delivery semi-finished products, or final finished products.
5. Quality control & Measuring
Quality molds yield quality parts. DesignEast has a full set of system for in-process control on mold manufacturing and final mold qualification. Equipped with in-house mold trial injection machines, we ensures our molds will deliver quality parts consistently at the shortest cycle.
